Dragonfly Festival

Join us for a dragonfly safari, catch a dragonfly nymph from the marsh and learn all about the many species we have in Manitoba.
- Participate in a Dragonfly Safari to catch, identify, and release some of the many species of dragonflies and damselflies found at the Marsh
- Play a giant dragonfly-themed board game
- Dragonfly presentation in the theatre at 1 pm with expert Barry Konzelman
- Create dragonflies using an assortment of materials inspired by the marsh
- Get your face painted by one of our talented volunteers
- Try to catch some of the dragonfly nymphs and other critters that live under the water
- Chalk dragonfly art on the rooftop
- Enter to win some cool prizes
