Located just 20 minutes north of Winnipeg, Oak Hammock Marsh Interpretive Centre offers year round conference and meeting facilities in a unique natural setting. Host your next meeting at the award-winning Interpretive Centre.
When planning your meeting consider allowing some time for a team building activity or health break. Activities could include a marshwalk or a geocaching adventure. For more information.
Theatre
Our 120-seat multimedia theatre offers tiered seating; computer and internet hookup; LCD video projector; 35 mm Slide and Overhead Projectors; hand-held and wireless microphones and VRC, CD, DVD and audio cassette players.
Seminar Room
Located on the main floor, this room provides an ideal working arrangement for large discussion groups. The room can accommodate 40 people conference style and 50 for a banquet.
Teal Boardroom
Located on the second floor of the Interpretive Centre, the Teal Boardroom features a scenic view of the marsh. The Boardroom can accommodate 30 people boardroom style or 40 for a banquet.
The Teal Boardroom can be divided into two or three smaller rooms. Each room can accommodate up to 10 people boardroom style.
Black Duck Boardroom
This room can accommodate up to 20 people in a variety of settings.
Canvasback Boardroom
The Canvasback room can accommodate up to 60 people in a variety of settings.
Clubhouse
For a more rustic experience, you may choose to rent the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse, located right alongside the wetland, is equipped with two washrooms and a full kitchen. Access to the BBQ and fire pit is included. This facility is key to the Interpretive Centre’s overnight program, Dusk to Dawn.
Catering service is available for all indoor and outdoor functions.
